Blog Privacy Notice
This notice covers the blog at blog.easyfishiq.com. It supplements the main EasyFishIQ Privacy Policy for the mobile apps and website.
Authentication
We use Microsoft Entra External ID for sign-in. We do not store local passwords. We keep a local profile linked to your stable Entra object identifier, plus email and display name from identity tokens.
Local profile data
Profile fields may include display name, avatar image path, role and last login time. Roles control publishing privileges on the blog only.
Article authorship and content
Articles you create (and media you upload) are stored on our hosting for publication and moderation. Published content may be indexed by search engines.
Uploaded images
Images are stored on Mirohost under upload directories. We re-encode images and remove EXIF metadata (including GPS) where processing succeeds.
Cookies and sessions
We use a secure HTTP-only session cookie for signed-in users and CSRF protection. Theme preference may be stored in browser localStorage.
Logs, YouTube and external links
Server logs may include IP address and user-agent for security. Embedded YouTube videos load from Google services subject to their policies. External links may leave our site.
Deletion requests
Contact support@easyfishiq.com to request account or content removal from the blog. We may retain limited records required for security or legal reasons.
